Deciding between TV and arcade monitor

I had all but decided on a 25/27" tv, but I've started to wonder if I would be happier with an arcade moitor. The 27" WG-D9200 looks pretty sweet, but it would be close to $300 more than the TV (when you throw in shipping). Is it that much better that a TV with S-Video running through an xpert@play 98?
