I'm told that in order to make the special moves who need 3 simultaneous button presses to work in Capcom games, they need to be done within one frame. I think that in NeoGeo games you have also situations in which 3 buttton being pressed together make the character gain energy, or strafe against an enemy's fireball...

I don't really know if in NeoGeo case it's a must that the keys are pressed together, OR if it will work also if the player press one, then calmly press the another one, then the third one AND ONLY THEN the game, seeing that the 3 keys are hold down, do the move.

Takuma Sakazaki is a NeoGeo gamer, regular at MAME board and he says the keys also needed to be pressed together but the delay would be bigger, like 3 or 4 frames... It would mean you have 3 to 4 frames between the first button press to the third button so the move can be accomplished. So if the 1-frame limit on Capcom games is real, 1/60 is equal to 16.7 milisseconds, is it right? Would this time be enough during the scanrate of keyboard ports and keyboard encoders...? This is for Hagstrom people and our fellows Andy and Ron.

Thank you Intensify for your reply and help at Hagstrom :o)
