You won't have much luck with a Banshee. See the previous post by Brain Lewis about 3dfx cards and arcade monitors.

: Well, I am having trouble getting my Creative Labs Banshee 16mb agp to sync up with my monitor. It is a old frogger cab that was converted before so I didd't feel to guilty about converting it. The only other video cards I have laying around are s3's. Could somebody let me know if these symptoms are because of incompatabilities or should I get another monitor. The mon worked good with the "legion" game that was in it before...

: some of the colors were shot when playing games. somtimes it was green sometimes blue. It varied with each game. the vertical and horizonal holds were very touchy. I spent most of my time setting these and well you touch the cabinet and the screen went awray. Last the brightness was dim, I had to crank it all the way up and that caused the image to have a horrable non black background. The setting I tried was 320x200 -waitinterlace was added to the command line too.

: This was the last thing I was doing with this cabinet. I did something no one else has done yet to make it look good. Basically its all done except for this problem. Any suggestions? All I want to do is get this thing finished so I can go and enjoy some brewskies with my friends and play some Galaga...
: p.s. I will set up a page when this is finished to show it off.
