Q for Brian Lewis! Pre-assembled printer hardware?

I'm a big fan of ArcadeOS, and I'm at a point with my arcade cabinet where I'm getting around to the finishing touches. I really want to use the printer hardware designed by Brian Lewis to control the signal to the arcade monitor linked below (not the relay version, but the other one). I would gladly pay for a pre-assembled version of this circuit with a female parallel port input, a female VGA input port, and a female VGA output port. Brian, have you considered selling pre-made versions of this?

Or, does anyone else have any interest in this and what sort of price range would we be looking at? I would gladly pay at least $50 plus shipping, but if that doesn't really make it worthwhile, let's talk.
