In putting together my MAME cabinet, I ordered a number of things from Wico and also from Happ Electronics. The Happ experiences have left me 100% satisfied with their products, shipping, responsiveness to orders, and their high level of customer service.
On the other hand, every order from Wico has had one problem or another (translucent instead of opaque buttons, some items not shipped, defective or poorly packaged products.)
The straw that broke the camel's back was a clunky feeling 8-way ball-handled stick. I called and asked about a replacement and they said to just send it in for "service." (?) That was a couple months ago. I recently sent some e-mail about it and have still not received a reply. Obviously it does not take 2 months to service a joystick...
Too bad Happ doesn't make a ball handled stick!
