If you mean, "can I attach my playstation joystick to my pc and play games?" then the answer is YES.
Check out Dpadpro for the software you will need and details on building an adaptor. One thing to remember is that this uses the paralell port rather than the joystick port.

You can do much the same thing with an N64 gamepad but the interface is a little more complex
