I just cut mine out. For everything I used what is called a Greenley punch. Its sorta weird. There's this one part that looks like a peice of pipe with a lever attatched to it. Then coming out of that is a little cable think attatched to what looks like a gun. On the end of that you screw on the cuttter part for the size hole you want. Then you drill a little hole through the metal and on the end of the gun is a little screw you stick through, then screw on the other attatchment. Then you push and pull the lever and it puts like a couple thousand pounds of force and cuts right through the metal. I didn't explain it well so if you want I can take some pictures of it. But the holes come out nice and straight then all you have to do is grind off the little chunks of metal and you're set! Hope this helps!
