: Yes, if you want optimim picture quality to be displayed on a PC monitor, order the Playstation RGB Japanese SCART cable. This cable will work on both the original playstation and playstation2.

: The XRGB-2 has two outputs 31khz or 15khz to either a PC monitor (VGA 640x480) or an arcade RGB monitor (standard res 15khz).

: I just got my XRGB-2 from NCSX and it rocks. On screen menu's make adjustments easy. There is a full review of it on www.atarilabs.com.
