: It has the pinouts. You should be able to wire the negative V and H syncs into pin 13 and 14. I think the positive syncs will also work. My syncs didn't have a ground, but my RGB had a single ground that I wired into pin 5. I used a monitor extension cable and cut off and striped the female end. You can use a multimeter to test connectivity to determine what color wire goes to what pin. Just set it to beep(usually a speaker symbol) and touch one lead to the pin and the other to each of the wires until it beeps.

: : A friend of mine is hoping to use his X-Men Children of the Atom conversion cabinet as a MAME cab. KLOV lists is as a standard monitor but he said he doesn't see a ground wire and it has positive and negative v and h sync wires. He knows the RGB wires. Any help would be appreciated in deciphering which wires go where.
