SUZO have some in the Deith Leisure Spares catalogue.

2-4-8 way SEGA replement (special mounting brackets but quite easy to modify) with microswitches. Part numbers:
SE3656 (Red)
SE3657 (Blue)
SE4472 (Pink)
SE4164 (Green)

8 way PCB with plug (for todays arcades) Part number:
SE5712 (Green)

8 Way Microswitches on PCB (for todays arcades) Part number:
SE6267 (Green)
SE6268 (Pink)

I have the latest ones (but I requested red ball handles), they look good and feel ok.

None of the above is on their web page but can probably be requested from SUZO UK:

: What vender do you suggest I use to get a ball top joystick?
: Microswitch is ok with me? In fact I think I would prefer that.
