I am trying to tweak the picture. The guy I got the monitor from thought this would help. My next step is to use a HV Tester to see If the capacitor is weak. If it is, can it be replaced? I'll probably just break down and buy a new monitor from Happ controls, but would like to save the money. Thanks.
: Does anyone know the safest way to discharge the anode on an arcade monitor? the anode is starting to curl up and I want to discharge it and glue it back down. I'm just trying to do this without getting fried. Thanks, tb
