I need YOUR help!

I have a complete cabinet built. I just received my IPAC.
I want to buy 2 8-way joysticks from happs
and 12 buttons(action buttons 6 per player)
and 2 buttons(1p Start and 2P Start). My question is

What do i need to connect the buttons/joysticks to the ipac? What kind of wires? How many wires? How much wire should i get?
