I have the very same video card. I bought it about a year ago for $79. I'm very please with it. Windows looks rough of a TV unless you use large fonts. But MAME and other emu's look very sharp. Just don't add scan lines in the ops cause the TV does that anyways. Even if you use that card for a PC monitor it does a great job for emu's. Good luck and Game On!

: I think I've decided on the ATI xpert@play 98. I can get it for $40-50. Has anyone had any bad experiences with this card (or know of a card that is definitely better). I am going to be outputing to a 27" TV through S-Video.
