its a Hagstrom 72t, im not sure if its mame or the encoder, I may have asked the question to soon, ( i need to check more on my setup to make sure i dont have something screwed up) i have all my inputs mapped to a specific key, but im wondering if MAME can use all of the keys on a keyboard, or if the encoder is having Problems with WinME? i am trying to play 2 player SMASH TV with my 2 joysticks...i can get the 4th Joystick to shoot, but then the 3rd Joystick isnt moving the guy, BUT when i play 2 player games the 3rd Joystick works ( i have my setup 1p, 3p, 2p, 4p ( so the 1p and 2nd player have space between um on 2 player games).
