This X-RGB2 enables anything with an S-video, A/V, RF, and RGB connector to be hooked up to a VGA monitor right? If I want optimum picture quality, should I order the RGB cables for Playstation and other systems with the X-RGB2 or does the X-RGB2 convert to RGB through S-video,A/V, and RF? Also, do I need an RGB compatible monitor or will a regular PC monitor do, and if so, will the picture be better, worse, or the same as the RGB monitor?

Sorry for all the questions, I don't have that much money and since I own about 12 different video game systems, I need the highest quality picture I can get in the price range of the X-RGB2.

Thanks, and feel free to email me if you want.
