It does seem that something has gone awry with US mail since Xmas. Before then packages seemed to arrive in 4 or 5 days depending on where in the US they are going. This year it seems some of them take longer than this. Three weeks is totally excessive of course, and I suspect that this one, having taken this long, has gone missing and I will rectify this of course. This is the only package to the US that has ever not arrived. The fact they come from the UK air mail should only add a day or so onto the time and in fact UK mail guarantee that they get to US shores in max 3 days.
: I ordered 2 I-pacs from Andy a while back and they came in pretty quickly - but this was before Christmas. I have been very happy with them. However, I have noticed lately that the USPS has been EXTREMELY slow with EVERTHING lately. I plan to order a few more I-pacs soon and I hope I dont have these same problems.

Andy is currently looking into the problem, and said he will fixed it as soon as possible. I've very impressed with Andy's support and I highly recommended the I-Pac, and Andy to anyone thinking about buying an Keyboard encoder.
