See posts and arguement later on, but you need at least a PIII 800 or better. Sorry. I'd recommend a PIII 800, 128 meg of ram, and a fast PCI or AGP video card. But really only the processor means anything.

I'm running MAME32 on Win98 2nd ed., and the ROM that I'm trying play is Street Fighter 2: Champion Edition. It just doesn't run at full speed, in fact I'd say it's roughly half-speed. Gals panic is slow too.
