Well I pay $49/month (includes cable modem ($10) and two additional IPs ($5 each))
Service has been fine here. My upload speed is capped at 128Kbps (Kbits per second) but downloading is what I care about and it rocks. I think the best download speed I have gotten is a 32MB file in 38 seconds (yes I used the stopwatch function on my wristwatch). I can normally get over 800KB/sec coming in before I notice a lag.
