- Can I get baby smooth scrolls with a 100 hz TV or do I need a 60 hz TV? I don't know whether there is a relationship between fps and hz or not.
- What are Khz? eg. when you say a 15 or a 31 khz monitor. Is it related to hz (vertical refresh rate)?
- What's the pixelclock? Does it have to do with the monitor or the graphic card? How does it affect when tring to configure both things together?
