I was only planning on using 1 keyboard to be honest with you... There are a few people who have hacked a similar keyboard to make Stargate type controls that have 18 outputs, I'm trying to get 2 more with my fingers crossed :)
I wasn't able to find the documents you mentioned regarding how to find out the max number of outputs.. any hints?
