Here is the best system you can get. it can play every arcade game on mame with no problems
penitum 2 400 with a hp motherboard i got with a system. HP has the best motherboards to have. it has built in s-video and tv out. It has 8 mb on-board video ram. It makes arcade games look awesome. And i have 128 ram. and a soundblaster live a 8 gb HD.

The best monitor you can get is any 27" computer monitor. To fix the windows so small problem. just make and easy shortcut on the desk top and your done.
