Turn your joystick upside down. You must remove the e-clip with a needle nose pliers. (Hold the stick in place or everything might fall out) Then flip over that plastic piece(actuator), and put the clip back on. When the bigger end is activating the switches it is in 8way mode.
: Its supposed to be 4 - 8 way switchable but I don't see how to do this.
