I'm in East York and the only place that stands out is in the below link. I never dealt with them but I was talking to someone from a newsgroup last year who did buy some Happs parts from them I think, and they have auctions every so often that this guy also went to. He said he had no trouble dealing with them on the phone and they recommended he check the next auction out to get things like a coin door cheaper by buying a whole cabinet cheaply, rather than ordering a new Happs one...etc.
The web site was useless last I checked with not much current info, and I did email them and got no response, maybe the mail was too generic to reach a human, just landing in some sales inbox somewhere...I know there's multiple locations and who knows where the message landed, but if you do want something specific you can call if there's a number on the site, that other guy had luck.
