Alright you circuit wizards. I need you to take a look at this schematic and tell me if this can work. What I'm thinking of doing is making two pads hacks from two different systems and wiring them up together. Only one would be plugged in at a time though. What I am doing is wiring one hot connection to the equivalent button on the other system's pad, then to the switch. I would also have a ground connection wired to both pads and daisy chained across the switches. Look at the picture, it should make more sense.
This will work, right?
