Reason i have the info i do is i bought one and after looking for parts go the info in my above post, and it is WICO as mine has the name molded into the plastic, and after talking to the parts guy i took mine apart and can see cracks in spots, hence i ordered a new Happs TB ( and the fact that i couldnt find new rollers for it).
But again i say, all the info i have was hear say from the parts guy, but mine does have stress cracks inside by rollers and does have WICO stamped on it. :)

: If you look at the plastic mold from the Happ mounting views and the restoration tips from arcadesticks.com you can see that they're exactly alike, plus they use the same boards.
