Take one wire and run it to all the grounds on all the inputs on your control panel. Basically "daisy-chain" one wire. Now take the wire and on your DB25 connector there are probably only 24 pins. But there probably is also a bare wire with all those other 24 wires. This wire is wired to the "frame" of the connector- the actual metal that makes up the connector. This bare wire will serve as your ground wire. Wire this to the wire you "daisy-chained" on your control panel. Your cp ground should now be set up.

The contacts on a DC pad have two sides. One is the input and the other is the ground. All the grounds on all the contacts lead back to the same point. Usually this is anywhere on the outside of the pad but if you follow it back you should find a spot to solder your ground wire to. Your grounds are now wired.

If your Connectors don't have those wires I'm talking about, take a wire and wire it to something metal in your cab.
