Video card question... please help!

I just recently finished my arcade cabinet project for use with mame and arcadeos. It works perfectly with an ATI 3d proturbo, but I also have a Voodoo 3 3000 which doesn't work. I know it is said on pc2jamma that the card is useless for this, but I think that it only need some tweaking to make it work on an arcade monitor. Have anyone done this yet?
