Thanks for the work-around, I did it and it works fine, but I am still curious as to why this happened. When I origional;y did this keyboard hack my home computer recognized the output from the joystick as the directional arrows, but when I plugged it into my laptop it recognized the joystick output as the number pas directional arrows. I checked what the computers were reading using Keyhook.
As I posted before all of a sudden my desktop is reading the output as the number pad arrows instead of the others. If anyone has any ideas in this please let me know, the work-around took care of the problem, but the reason this happened is still puzzling me.
