I bookmarked the exact same link that you posted, and took the time to E-mail the owner some questions. Here is part of one his replies:

thanks for your interest in my cabinet--
unfortunately, i recently sold it to a local arcade vendor and has been converted back to jamma in his arcade [ www.gunthersgames.com ]. i traded it for a 4 player CPS2 cabinet with D&D shadow over mystara in it. someday soon i will make a jamma connector as you speak of to play both on it.
they only 2 dimension i can give you is this: the control pedastal is 47 1/2" from it's widest points, 37" from ground to back of the panel and 34" from ground to front of the panel -- roughly a 6 degree slant.

that's all i had time to measure before i sold it. good luck with your project...
