For those interested, I got it working this evening. For those who want to use the USB Trackball Interface from Happ with a Fultra Spinner, here's how you wire it up.
The spinner has 4 pins to connect to. Starting with J1 and moving to D1 the wires you want to connect to the pins are Green, Black, Red, and Yellow.
