I don't think anybody on earth could argue that one is better than another... TV vs. Arcade Monitor vs. PC Monitor. They all have their perks.

Arcade monitors are the most authentic because...well..they're arcade monitors. But they also have the most limitations because you have to have the proper video card to run games on them and also provide you with the most headaches getting them configured so that games won't be cut-off or anything.

PC monitors are great because hardly any configuration is necessary. They also have beautiful pictures and can reach virtually any resolution. The downside to pc monitors is that many people feel that their look is too "fake". The shape of a pc monitor screen is also different than a tv or arcade monitor because it is closer to being a square.

TV's are probably the best compromise between the two. They have an arcade look and aren't as restricted as an arcade monitor as far as video cards is concerned.
