I'm running mine on a 25" t.v. from s-vid. I think it looks great. In the end though, it all depends on personal preferance. I opted for the cheap way of getting a large screen. To answer your second question, I bought a ATI Rage Fury Pro vid card with s-vid out for $119.00-$40.00 rebate so for about $80. It's a great card too!
