I don't think this was a Joust cocktail cabinet, but this guy at http://underworld.fortunecity.com/fifa/294/ "MAME-ified" a cocktail cabinet. He also measured it up and posted the measurements. I must say, its given me quite a bit of inspriation for my next cabinet!
The KLOV says the upright used a 19-inch WG monitor, but has no mention of the cocktail version. I don't recall ever seeing a cocktail cabinet with a 19-inch monitor anyway. It was probably a 14-inch or smaller monitor.
