I bought this stick from HAPP and I find that the fire button sticks sometimes. I'm going to take it apart to see if I can find the problem -- I'll also see if I can lubricate the assembly. I used this stick in my first attempt at building a controller. I hacked a 2-button control pad and I have a Logitech optical trackball. I wanted this first project to be simple and was mainly looking to use it with TRON. It worked out fairly well. I'm wondering if others have used this joystick.
