New Cabinet for Newbie

Hello,

I've decided very recently to begin a cabinet project, and I was wondering what you guys thought was the best route for the montior part. I just want to use the cabinet for Arcade gaming, nothing fancy like Console or PC gaming.

Should I get a TV, PC Monitor, Arcade Monitor? What are the benefits and drawbacks of each. Whats a good size for a monitor, I don't want anything super huge, but something decent to above average.

I'm also on a budge so if anyone knows of any good deals I'd really appreciate it =)
