I have the same problem..The adapter works great with regular psx adapters, but I get ghosting with the twinstick. I could never figure it out and ended up purchasing a Hotrod SE. Let me know if you figure it out as one of my goals in building my cab was to put pc and psx in the cab together.

: I bought one of those giant two player side by side arcade style joysticks for the PSX put out by Blaze called the Twinstick. I also bought a 2 PSX to LPT port adaptor in Chinatown (NYC). The joystick works great on the PSX, and the adaptor works great on the PC with standard PSX joypads. The problem I have is when I use the Twinstick with the adaptor. What I get is a lot of button "ghosting" when I hold one of the buttons down. What I mean by that is every now and then, for just one frame, the button that is down will appear off, and one or two other buttons will appear on, and then it will revert back to normal. This can happen anywhere from once every 10 seconds, to 3 or 4 times in one second. I don't see this when I plug the Twinstick in the PSX, and I don't see this when I plug a standard controller in the adaptor, so I can't figure out what is so special about the Twinstick to adaptor configuration that it flakes out on me. If anyone has a solution to this, by all means post a reply, but if it's possibly, PLEASE PLEASE email me back directly as well. Thank you very much.
