Don't need any buttons for those, at least not with MAME. Just define combos in the TAB control menu. Much better than dedicated buttons IMO - the panel looks cleaner & less cluttered and there's far, far less chance of accidentally hitting anything. I use Start1+Start2+Button7 for ESC for example on the HotRod. Start1+Start2+Button6 is pause. Etc. Etc.
