To hook it up to a saturn you could wire the coin mech switch to the Start button on a Saturn controller. I'm not sure what else you'd want to wire it to. If you are making an arcade cab or cp with a coin mech then there are two contacts on the coin mech for each coin. One is ground and the other is the switch (or whatever its called).
