Restoring states in Nesticle

Hey all,
I was wondering if anyone was having problems restoring states in Nesticle? It works just fine when I click F7 directly on the keyboard, but whenever I press the button mapped to it on CP, it does nothing. I am using an programmable IPAC (best purchase I made) and I've checked to see that button really is mapped correctly.
I am using version .04 (I think) of Nesticle.
Any help would be appreciated
