Changing cellpadding and cellspacing to 0 actually fixes it in IE. Unfortunatly its still disconnected in netscape. Netscape does some weird things with spacing. I have some problems with my page spacing frames correctly in netscape. So you could change it so it look right for at least IE users. I will look and see if I can get it to work and i'll let ya know if i figure anything out.
