One problem you might still have... a lot of video cards have their own BIOS message that displays before the PC BIOS starts up. Also, none of this works for those of us using arcade monitors because the video scanrate isn't turned down to 15.75kHz yet. Now, if someone could figure out how to hack the BIOS on the VGA card to drop the scanrate and display a custom logo, then turn off any other output until some program in the AUTOEXEC.BAT turns it back on... :)
