Looks like there are two versions of EPA logos. The first one is the traditional two colors 136x84 pixel one. This one is shown together with additional POST information at bootup.
The other one is a 16 color 640x464 pixel bitmap supported by Award 4.51 and greater BIOS (also Asus P3V4X using BIOS 1005). This logo image will remove all POST information (hit TAB to get it back) during bootup just like on new computers from IBM, Compaq, DELL etc.
You will need the program CBROM.EXE to merge your logo.bmp with a BIOS image. You will then have to flash your BIOS with the new BIOS image.
E.g.
