I'm using MacMAME on my G3/266 desktop and use the ATI video mode to stretch/blur the games. I also have a TView Gold PCI VGA->NTSC card to display the games on my 27" TV (it looks great) and an arcade controller based off of two Gravis Gamepad Pro controllers.
