I ended up with about 128 teeth on a 3 inch disk. It's much better to use a sensitivity under 100%.
: My current mouse have 36 teeth my question is hown many teeth is necessary to play games like arkanoid ?
:
: : Not easily with the current MAME code. If you pass this by too much, you will loose precision. What you need is a chopper with more teeth.
: : I ended up printing my own on transparency paper with a laser printer. This required removing the mouse optics and placing them on a seperate board like the 'Cheep spinner.'
: : If anyone is interested I can post a simple Windows program that will print choppers with as many teeth as you like.
: : : I have done a spinner based on the http://www.doughansen.net/arcade/spinner.htm
: : : but i have a problem the option of mame analog controls, dial sensitivity only goes at 255% but that is not enought for my spinner is possible to overcome the 255% ?
