Is give people the option of the stuff, with the
disclaimer that it may not be as durable... HOWEVER -
who cares? It's cheap - if it tears, I'll go buy
replacements myself and recover it. Heck, maybe
I'll do a cover every month just for fun... :)

: : In the latest project on the news page, Brian didn't use Lexan, Mylar, etc. He used.... contact paper?! From the photos, it looks wicked-cool! I think I'll cover TwistyGrips with the same stuff, but does anyone know how it holds up to wear? It appears to SHINE; what does contact paper *really* look like? Does it actually feel like paper or is it waxy, or what? And finally, where do you get this stuff?

: You can find contact paper at most department stores and home building centers. It is usually used for relining shelves and such. I have never tried testing it for durability. It feels like slick vinyl to me.
