And also consider that as each change is made to the source code this can and will introduce bugs in other modules. That is the nature of being a computer programmer.

As a former software developer, I can tell you that changing one line of code and cause all kinds of problems.

: It seems that both Asteroids and Asteroids Deluxe have screwed up sound in both DOS and MAME32 beta 11. I love it when they introduce new games in MAME...I just wish the old ones didn't still worked.

: : just updated to mame .37b11 and the sound in asteroids is completely screwed up. tried it with .37b8 and plays fine. anyone else have this problem? am I doing something wrong? settings?

- Are they arcade games??? If so then what the hell is wrong with Mame emulating more arcade games whether it be card games or the billionth beat-em-up. I kinda like the fact that they add all kinds of games. Agent Davis 1/29/2001 (0)
