: As to the roll, there are sometimes two choices for sync on the arcade monitors, make sure you have your vga to rgb have connected to - sync. I initially had mine set to + and had rolling issues.

Checking the game info and changing the resolution appropriately usually results in either a) a slow roll or b) a steady picture at first, but then will roll slightly during the game.
