I went ahead and bought a avermedia 300gold and did a quick conversion cable to a dead psx board and now I just unplug the psx and plug in the pc. The Pc has 2 Psx ports wired up to lpt1. When I'm done I'll post some pics but with 3 kids (one of them only 4 weeks old and the cab stored and a friends house It might be a while)

Can't wait to see this setup dabone! I know how you feel with the 3 kiddos, I have 3 girls and the youngest is 4 now and likes to stick pennies in my floppy drive.... Ever try to work on the Pole Position driver for mame and have all 3 of them tag-team you??
