I just finished that keyboard drawer this weekend. I purchased the hardware for it at Home Depot. Got two drawer slides that are side mount, I bought 16 inches deep. Then mount the tracks inside the cab and the rollers to the sides of the shelf. They were cheap ($10) and they had a wide selection. Just a screwdriver and proper cut for thr sshelf width and depth was all it took. Remember to allow enough height for the keyboard to clear with the "legs up". I didn't go fancy because I don't think I'll use it very often. Good Luck!
