Digital racing controller for Dreamcast

Does anyone know if the Sega racing wheel made by Agetec is digital or analog?
Also, does this wheel use pots?
I want to get someone to try and connect the pcb in this wheel to real arcade steering wheel, gas, brake, and 2 way shifter.
